How can I get repulsion gel onto the rotated panel?
1 of 7: If you look above the panel, you'll see that there aren't any portal-friendly surfaces you can use to drop gel onto it from above.
2 of 7: There's also no way to shoot gel over to it from the side, so it seems hopeless -- until you remember that it's a *rotated* panel.
3 of 7: Look at the surface that's directly underneath the panel.
4 of 7: It's portal-friendly. If the panel was still facing down, you could easily get some gel onto it.
5 of 7: So portal yourself back onto the button platform and take the storage cube off of the button.
6 of 7: Return to the runway platform and go to the start of the runway so you can see both the gel tubes and the button platform.
7 of 7: Put a blue portal under the repulsion gel tube, then put an orange portal on the surface that's underneath the unrotated panel.
