I already used the lockpicks. Is there another way in?
1 of 7: Unfortunately, Hulot doesn't have a second set of picks. You'll need to find a different approach.
2 of 7: Perhaps brute force would do the trick.
3 of 7: You'd need a heavy piece of equipment to smash the lock.
4 of 7: Maybe you can borrow something that was being used for some repair work.
5 of 7: Check out the broken elevator at the hotel.
6 of 7: Pick up the hammer. (The hammer appears later in the game, so you may not have seen it earlier. If you still don't see it, make sure that you have used the lockpicks on this or another door.)
