Post Mortem Hints
What if Petit showed me upstairs?
of 13: Petit said he would show you the room adjacent to the Whytes'.
of 13: And there's a door connecting the two room.
of 13: It's locked for the time being, but taking a close look should reveal something useful.
of 13: There's a key in the other side of the door. MacPherson suggests that he might be able to push it though.
of 13: You'll need something to catch the key with when it falls, though.
of 13: Some paper would work.
of 13: Newspaper, for instance.
of 13: There's a newspaper in the hotel lobby. Slide it under the door.
of 13: Now, you need to poke it through. Have you talked to Mrs. Loiseau?
of 13: If you pick the right conversation options, she'll give you a magic talisman.
of 13: You can use this talisman to push the key through.
of 13: If she doesn't, you can come back later and talk to her again.
of 13: Or, if you prefer, a pencil will show up on the reception desk in the lobby at some point (after you've played as the second character). This will work just as well.
