1 of 4: Look at the room for a description.
2 of 4: It's a fighting training center.
3 of 4: Just attack the goblins for practice. Running away if you need to is easy.
4 of 4: Each time you defeat your opponents, one more goblin will appear the next time. You can run away to avoid the extra opponents, but you can't pick up money if you do. Try fighting four goblins, and you'll get 35 silvers from the fourth.
