Can I help the one-armed man?
1 of 4: Talk to him while he is in jail. Be sure and ask him about his arm.
2 of 4: His arm needs repair. Someone in town has offered to "repair" you when you are injured.
3 of 4: Go talk to Julanar who will take care of him.
4 of 4: After a time, go back to the jailhouse and talk to Arestes again. Tell him about good deeds to earn honor points.
