  • 1 of 5: Find Ferrari and talk to him about the Inn and the deed.
  • 2 of 5: He will exchange the deed for an item of real value.
  • 3 of 5: Fighters, paladins and wizards have only a peaceful solution.
  • 4 of 5: A thief can give Ferrari the blackbird or use the same solution as the other characters.
  • 5 of 5: Give the deed to Ann afterwards.
