Quest for Glory 5: Dragon Fire Hints
In general, how can any character defeat the dragon?
1 of 10: The intense graphics in this sequence make it difficult to see what is happening. The dragon is so large, and the characters are so small. It might help to change the graphics and game difficulty to lower settings.
2 of 10: You can communicate with your companions by clicking on them on the battlefield, not the icons of their faces.
3 of 10: The dragon cannot be damaged until the pillar is raised.
4 of 10: Be sure to coat yourself with a Fireproofing Potion before crossing the lava pit.
5 of 10: Give Toro the Minotaur axe.
6 of 10: Give instructions to everybody here as quickly as possible after the pillar is fixed. If Erana or Katrina are here, they can help heal or fight.
7 of 10: Heal yourself often, but also share some of the good potions with the others if you can.
8 of 10: Supposedly, the dragon will not die until someone else dies. This choice must be made before he takes flight.
9 of 10: The dragon will fly away from the building and into the cavern where you have more room to maneuver. Attack it when it descends to the ground. (Hitting it with a lethal dagger could bring it closer to the ground.) Using all of your resources, kill it.
