Rope
1 of 4: A thief will find ropes for sale in the Thieves Guild. Everyone else will have to wait until the Rite of Valor.
2 of 4: Did you open the treasure chest in the very rear, left section of the Hydra's cave? The rope is in there.
3 of 4: You can return to Hydra Island now by renting a boat from the fisherman.
4 of 4: The chest is trapped, but if you have a full health meter, forcing it open should not kill you.
