1 of 3: The Waterbreathing Amulet cannot be found until you have completed the Rite of Courage.
2 of 3: If you chose one of the souls, go visit her on her island after the Rite of Peace begins and ask her about Atlantis or this rite.
3 of 3: Otherwise you are given the amulet at the time of choice.
