Quake 4 Hints

I've got Strauss. Now where's the power plant?

  • 1 of 6: Start by going through the unlocked door that's a little further along the walkway where you found Strauss.
  • 2 of 6: TIP: In the next room, climb down the ladder that's on one side to get to a dark lower area that has several armor shards hiding in one corner.
  • 3 of 6: >From there, move on across a walkway in a giant open area and help Strauss take down the sentries.
  • 4 of 6: There'll be more enemies after you go through the next door, too.
  • 5 of 6: After you fight through the Strogg in a large room full of blue energy (the power plant), Strauss will find the console he needs at the end of the walkway.
  • 6 of 6: WARNING: A gladiator will appear and attack right after Strauss says you need to get back to the tetranode.
