Quake 4 Hints

I caught up with Cortez, but how do I align the tram car for our trip?

  • 1 of 9: You can only do that from the hub control room.
  • 2 of 9: Follow Cortez to the door with the "Hub Controls" sign near it. That looks promising.
  • 3 of 9: Prepare to meet heavy resistance in the first couple of rooms, including a tank guy in the second room.
  • 4 of 9: In the third room, you'll have to kill off a gladiator and his pals.
  • 5 of 9: When they're dead, use a console over to the left to extend a bridge so you can cross the room.
  • 6 of 9: Go through a couple of corridors and up some stairs to get to the upper walkway of that room.
  • 7 of 9: Then go through the door marked "Hub Monitoring" after you're through searching for supplies.
  • 8 of 9: Past the "Hub Control" door is the control room you've been looking for.
  • 9 of 9: An interactive panel will lower to where you can use it to rotate the tram (click on the lit-up arrow button on the panel).
