1 of 4: You can find a tram back in the Data Processing Terminal area.
2 of 4: Head back across the roof and take the elevator back to the top floor of the tower.
3 of 4: Go all the way back, through the Cougar Squad slaughter scene and everything, until you're back at the elevator that's next to the tower's energy shaft.
