How do I get to the briefing I'm supposed to attend?
1 of 4: After you're done watching the techs working on walkers in the hangar, head up the stairs in one corner to get to the decontamination room. (Kind of reminiscent of DOOM 3's first level, huh?)
2 of 4: Past that, you can explore around and listen to people discussing various things, or you can go straight to the briefing room.
3 of 4: The shortest route is to go through the drop pod command area, then the medical bay, and then enter the briefing / armory area and find the door to the Rhino Squad briefing room.
4 of 4: The door guards will let you through, and the briefing will begin as soon as you enter the briefing room.
