Rama Hints
How do these puzzles work?
1 of 4: Essentially, all of the tile puzzles are the same. The goal is to find the missing one or two puzzle pieces to fill the grid.
2 of 4: There's a pattern to the grid -- the pieces in each row and column follow some kind of sequence, and you need to find the piece that matches the sequence.
3 of 4: Make sure to pay attention to detail, because there are usually a few different things to notice on each piece, each with their own progressions. If the piece you try to insert gets even one of these sequences wrong, you won't be given credit for solving the puzzle. The exact nature of these progressions is covered in the hints for the individual puzzles.
4 of 4: Also, notice that if you make several incorrect guesses, the puzzle may change. There are a total of 6 different puzzles, and you must solve them all eventually. If you don't have the right piece in your inventory, you can give a wrong answer to bring up a different puzzle (two doors in London share two puzzles, and the other four puzzle doors share the rest), but you must eventually find all the important puzzle pieces.
