How can I get out of the avian's lair?

  • 1 of 17: You'll need to explore most of the lair before you'll find the controls.
  • 2 of 17: There is a control panel behind an elevator on the first level.
  • 3 of 17: Once you've found the control panel, you need the access card to turn it on.
  • 4 of 17: You'll get the card as a reward when you place a few objects in the correct position.
  • 5 of 17: Look at the column in the middle of the incubator room.  There are depressions in one side of the column.
  • 6 of 17: The items you are looking for are the pendants.
  • 7 of 17: One is in the dressing room of the theatre.
  • 8 of 17: And the other is in the pool in the myrmicat lair, which is behind the podium in the lecture hall.
  • 9 of 17: Once you put the two pendants in their proper places, you'll get the access card.
  • 10 of 17: But you still need to know what code to input into the computer.
  • 11 of 17: The codes are actually in fairly plain view.
  • 12 of 17: For an avian, at least.
  • 13 of 17: Puck indicated that you could see ultraviolet when you ate an avian melon.
  • 14 of 17: So try eating some avian melons (you can get as many as you want from the great hall) and see what happens.  Read the next hint if you're not exactly sure where to go.
  • 15 of 17: Look at the murals in the lecture hall.
  • 16 of 17: Two of them have codes in avian numbers written on them.
  • 17 of 17: One of those codes will extend the steps that let you exit the avian's lair -- just enter it on the panel controlled by the access code.
