REAH Hints

The blonde man won't appear for the 3rd time!

There is nothing in particular that you can do to make him appear the 3rd time. His appearance seems to be linked to what you do in the city and the sequence in which you do things. I have tried a number of different sequences and found that the following works:

1. Go directly to him when you enter the city (1st time)
2. Go to the basket lift
3. Examine it, try the lever and then look at the lock
4. Also look up and down near the basket
5. Go back to the blonde man (2nd time)
6. Go to the woman and get the cloth
7. Go to the dye shop
8. Speak to the apprentice 3 times
9. Enter the dye shop and dye the cloth
10. Pick up the bottle of red dye on the shelf
11. Take the dyed cloth back to the woman
12. Examine the dyed cloth on her wall
13. Go back to the basket lift and repeat 2-4 above
14. Go to the locked gate and try the handle
15. Look upwards at the gate
16. Go back to the residential area
17. Knock on the door on the 1st level
18. Knock on the door on the 2nd level
19. The blonde man should now appear again
20. If not, walk around the area briefly and then return
