What's the basic idea here?
1 of 10: Have you used your binoculars to look at the tower?
2 of 10: Then you know that the vase you've been looking for can be found there.
3 of 10: So you're trying to get to the tower -- at all costs.
4 of 10: Unfortunately, you can't walk or fly across.
5 of 10: So you'll have to try floating across.
6 of 10: But that means you need to find a way to get the city underwater.
7 of 10: Actually, as you may have noticed, the city is underwater. But the water is held back by that volcano crater.
8 of 10: And it's also being held back by a window on the first level.
9 of 10: It's probably easier to get the water to come through the window than it is to get water through the crater.
10 of 10: Which means your basic goal is simple: flood the city by opening the window.
