Why does the game tell me I'm not ready for this puzzle? [E]
1 of 2: There's a chance that you've hit a common bug in the game. I am about to tell you what you need before you can proceed, in the next hint. You may want to get a patch from Microprose if you're afraid of reading on.
2 of 2: You need the polycement, if you haven't already used it somewhere else. You will also need a second bomb, a chicken, a target module, and a shield modulator (you may have also used these last two). And, of course, you need to have done everything mentioned in the preceding hints. If you've done all of this, check with Microprose for the patch, which is available on CIS and AOL and probably many other places.
