RHEM Hints
How can I get across the water just south and west of the tower?
of 11: Well, there's a ladder leading down into the water, and another one leading back out just a little further west.
of 11: But it seems that your game character is afraid of getting wet, and refuses to even try to swim it.
of 11: Believe it or not, you're going to have to lower the water level back to where it was before. And here you just went to a whole lot of trouble to raise it so you could cross the bridge and enter the Four Way Tower!
of 11: Needless to say, going back to the pumping station and lowering the water from there won't work -- you'd then have no way to get back to the Four Way Tower or the areas south of it.
of 11: So explore the areas that you can only reach from the Four Way Tower.
of 11: Head north through the west half of the brick building to get to the square building. (Note that this involves traveling south from the Four Way Tower and around.)
of 11: Once you've blocked the water flow, return to the Four Way Tower and check out the ladder south and west of it.
of 11: You can now climb down that ladder, cross to the other ladder, and climb it.
of 11: Continue on from there to get to the water tank area.
of 11: NOTE: You can't get back to the Four Way Tower while the water flow is blocked, since it turns out that the east bridge isn't the only one that depends on the water to float it. To get access to the tower again, return to the square building and restore the water flow the same way you stopped it.
