What does pulling the lever by the big pipe segment inside the building do?
1 of 8: Try looking up first.
2 of 8: See that digital display?
3 of 8: Look down and pull the lever, then look up at it again.
4 of 8: Notice how the picture shifted.
5 of 8: It looks like a pipe was moved or the flow of something rerouted. Where do you know of nearby that has a one-or-the-other pipe thing going on?
6 of 8: How about the two little pipe-filled rooms on the east side of the brick building that's a short ways south of here?
7 of 8: Go back to the brick building via the Four Way Tower and climb up to those two rooms.
8 of 8: You'll see that the flow of water has switched rooms, and you can now access a secret door in the left room.
