How do I raise this little bridge that's just east of the tower?

  • 1 of 7: Check out the sketch on the big poster near the lowered bridge.
  • 2 of 7: What do you think those wavy blue lines indicate?
  • 3 of 7: It would seem that the bridge is raised into crossable position only when the water level in the canal goes up far enough.
  • 4 of 7: So now your task is to figure out how to raise the water level.
  • 5 of 7: Brace yourself! This is one of the game's big multi-part puzzles.
  • 6 of 7: You need to make your way to the pumping station and figure out how to get its four pumps activated. See the Pumping Station hint section for details.
  • 7 of 7: Once that's all done, return to the tower to find the bridge has been raised, allowing access to and from the path east of the tower.
