RHEM Hints
How can I open any of the locked gates on the lower floor?
of 9: Have you found anything resembling a control panel?
of 9: There's one near the gate that's barring access to the room with a letter fragment in it.
of 9: Press the middle button on the panel to get started.
of 9: Now you need to change those four symbols to be the correct ones.
of 9: To start on the symbol-finding process, go back to the upper floor of the building and search the large room that has pictures on the walls.
of 9: There are four pictures of seven-button panels with numbers underneath them. Maybe they somehow correspond to the four symbols you need to set on the control panel.
of 9: Your tasks now are to find those four particular seven-button panels that are shown in the pictures and figure out what new codes to enter into them to get them to tell you what you need to know.
of 9: Once you've got that all figured out, return to the second rail station building and enter those codes into the panel and press the center button again to open the gate further on (not the one that leads to the letter fragment, unfortunately). See the graphic below if you need the answer.
of 9: Past the now-open gate is another gate barring access to the rail car you'll use for your escape later, plus another gadget that can be used to open the gate to the room with the letter fragment stored in it.
