RHEM Hints
How can I figure out what button sequences to press on the panels?
of 11: Notice the four numbers below each seven-button panel picture in the second rail building's photo gallery.
of 11: Maybe they correspond to our old convention of numbering the buttons left to right from 1 to 7.
of 11: Or maybe not, especially since some of the combos have the numbers 8 and 9 in them.
of 11: You need to find a clue that's obviously related to the seven-button panels that you haven't had to use yet.
of 11: That clue is in the Arrival Point area, a short ways down the track from where your rail car came to rest at the beginning of the game. See that area's hints for further clues on getting to the sign you want.
of 11: Those seven blank squares on the sign's grid sure look like the seven-button panel configuration. Why not try filling the blank squares in?
of 11: The top left square has a big plus sign in it. Does that give you any ideas?
of 11: To fill in a blank square, add the number in the square above it (along the top) to the number in the square to the left of it (along the left side).
of 11: Once you fill in all seven blanks, you should have what's shown in the graphic below.
