Where is the manhole?
1 of 3: It's in a very small building that's west off of the path that leads from the Round Building's upper west door to the reservoir.
2 of 3: The manhole can be used to travel between that path and the one that connects the Round Building's lower south door to the pumping station area.
3 of 3: Also, there's a little secret area involved.
