How do I open the purple door?
1 of 9: If you haven't yet reached the door at (1;2), first try to get past the green door. You will pass this door halfway through.
2 of 9: The purple door can be opened by the button next to it, but you first have to power it.
3 of 9: To power the button you have to enter the image you found next to the purple door in the room behind the orange door at (4;4).
4 of 9: As I explained the strategy of thinking ahead in the hint for the green door, I will just give the solution in the next few hints. The first steps are the same as for getting to the green door, but are repeated here for clarity.
5 of 9: Reset the maze, then go to (3;2) and open the door ahead of you. Next, go to (2;4) to open the door between (3;4) and (4;4). Go back to (2;3) and turn to the east going to (1;3). Turn around and close the door between (1;3) and (2;3), thus opening the door between (2;3) and (3;3).
6 of 9: Walk along the path through row 5 reaching again room (2;4). Press the button again to open the door between (3;4) and (2;4), also closing the door between (3;4) and (4;4). Now go to the room (3;4) and press the button to open the door between (2;2) and (2;3), closing the door between (3;3) and (3;4) in that turn. Now follow the path to room (3;2) and press the button to open the door between (2;2) and (1;2).
7 of 9: Here's where the path diverges a bit from getting to the green door. Go via (3;3), (2;3), (2;2), (1;2) to room (1;1) and open the door between (1;1) and (2;1) and the door between (1;2) and (1;3). Go to (2;1) open the door in front of you and then go to room (3;4). There you open the door between (3;4) and (3;3). Go to (2;4) and close the door behind you, opening the door between (3;4) and (4;4). Then go via (2;2), (1;2) and (1;5) to (4;5) and close the door between (4;5) and (4;4), opening the orange door. Follow your steps back to (2;3) but go west via (3;3) to (3;4) and (4;4) to (4;3) (the room behind the orange roll door).
8 of 9: To enter the code in that room recreate the zigzag-line you saw next to the purple door at the panel on the northern wall by selecting two left peaks on the eastern wall and a straight line and a right peak to the two code roller on the western wall.
9 of 9: The pink door button is now powered, so go back through the maze and open the door.
