How can I enable that display?
1 of 6: Follow the wire to find the switch.
2 of 6: The switch is in the room with the blackboard.
3 of 6: To unlock the box for that switch, you have to find out where the other wire leads to.
4 of 6: Either have a good sense of direction or simply guess by the wire color, where this switch is.
5 of 6: Go to the underwater tunnel, where you powered the flood buttons (see Where is the first flood button?). Next to their power box is a second box.
6 of 6: Now go back to the room with the blackboard, turn to the window, open the box and press the button.
