1 of 3: You can enter the cave by the western underground pipes.
2 of 3: The pipe entrance is hidden by the western ladder/bridge of the four-story building.
3 of 3: Close the ladder with the button on the second floor, then go to the third floor and climb down the ladder on the outside.
