How can I lower that elevator?
1 of 5: When you climb down the shaft from the lit corridor in the garden area at the connecting tunnel, you find switches to control the elevator at the foot of the ladder.
2 of 5: The problem is that once the elevator is down, the button to open the door to the well shaft is blocked by the elevator wall, so you have to open that door before you call down the elevator.
3 of 5: You have to make sure both doors are open, or else you can't reach the elevator controls once you open the door to the well shaft.
4 of 5: Lock the door open, enter the tunnel and open the door at the well shaft. Then return to the elevator shaft and lower the elevator.
5 of 5: BTW: If you lower the elevator, remove the door code and then enter the tunnel. The door will close behind you. As the elevator blocks the button to open it again, you're locked in the Reservoir area and can't finish the game. That's the only dead end I noticed in the game.
