What can I do with the handle near the barred window?
1 of 3: This handle opens or closes the flood door to the reservoir basin.
2 of 3: If you entered the tunnel with a flooded basin, you can go back to the basin that way.
3 of 3: If you close the door with an empty basin, and come to that door from the basin side, you see the green triangle code.
