Rhem 3 Hints
What are the triangle codes?
1 of 8: These codes are not that obvious to find, and you have to do more than what is expected from you to solve the "normal" puzzles.
2 of 8: Try everything you can do, regardless of whether it makes sense or not.
3 of 8: You will need to find the codes for each set of colored triangles separately.
4 of 8: The middle triangles of each code are marked with a question mark, so you need an extra clue to confirm or disprove it.
5 of 8: This extra clue can be found on the inside of the metal door that leads to the reservoir bridge.
6 of 8: To read it, first make sure that you can walk the full way back. That means, fix the floating part in its top position, make sure the door at the reservoir floor is open, and the door between the room with the 6 buttons and the underground reservoir area is unlocked.
7 of 8: Go to the window in the room with the six buttons and close the metal door at the bridge. Climb down the ladder to the underground area, follow the suspension bridge to the flood tunnel, climb up into the reservoir, enter the tunnel around the basin, and go up to the bridge.
8 of 8: On the inside of that door you see that the middle triangles are replaced as follows:
Blue: lines from the center to the top and the bottom right edge Yellow: single line from the center to the bottom right edge Green: single line from the center to the bottom left edge Red: lines from the center to the bottom right and bottom left edges
