How do I get to that level?

  • 1 of 4: There's a ladder, but that leads to a locked hatch.
  • 2 of 4: If you didn't prepare that, you can't reach it now, so you'll have to find a way around that hatch.
  • 3 of 4: There's an elevator at the exit of the building you just came out.
  • 4 of 4: Look south at that exit and you see the button to ride upwards.
