How do I activate that button?

2 of 4: Don't the scratches on the door frame remind you of something nearby?
3 of 4: On the east and west side of the turning bridge are panels with 2 lines with 4 blocks like these scratches.
4 of 4: As seen on the scratches, activate the second block on the eastern panel and block 1 and 3 on the western panel.
