What are the numbers for the panels?
1 of 5: Just to say it first: It's not the 33, 62, 75 and 19.
2 of 5: The numbers you have to enter can be derived directly from the displayed hints.
3 of 5: In Meneandes' rooms (northern exit from the railway area) there is a plaque that associated digits in block display with numbers. (Don't read ahead if you didn't at least find that plaque!)
4 of 5: According to that plaque count how many blocks you need to depict the letter.
5 of 5: That makes: K=11, Y=7, N=13, A=14, G=15, O=12, T=9, E=16.
