2 of 4: You see the cursor change when you move it over the green object? That's a socket for a light bulb.
3 of 4: You can find a light bulb overhead on the door when you go back to the cart.
4 of 4: Take that light bulb (move your cursor over it and you'll see the hand gets a + sign) and put it in the socket.
