How can I reach that room?
1 of 4: If you have a good sense of orientation, you will notice that the barred room is northeast of the lake with the rotating wooden cabinet in the middle. You reach that area first via the cable gondola lake.
2 of 4: From the cable gondola lake to the rotating wooden cabinet lake leads a corridor that can be opened either in east-west direction or in north-south direction. Watch this corridor area and try to map it.
3 of 4: If you've mapped this area, you will see that the corridor that leads to the room crosses this corridor and leads to the rotating wooden cabinet, but operating the rotating cabinet means you are on the wrong side of the corridor to change its direction.
4 of 4: The solution to that dilemma is: Reach the corridor via the cable gondola lake, cross the corridor and enter the rotating cabinet from the north. Rotate and exit the cabinet to the south (you can exit to the east and unlock the door from the wiring room first, but that's not necessary) and then walk the whole way (past the entrance corridor, the 9-doors corridor) to reach the cable gondola area again from the north. Ride the gondola and enter the corridor building, but instead of following the corridor press the button to open it in an east-west direction. Then return to the gondola lake, ride the gondola, and walk back the whole way you came to the turning cabinet. Now operate it to exit it on the west. Follow the path and you reach the door to the room with the panel.
