No I can't, because the hint file would be too voluminous if I did, but I can give you the master code, telling how to translate the dot pattern:
Remember that the code pattern is one of two, one of three, one of four, and one of five. On the four rings, by setting the dot, you also choose one of two, one of three, etc. Keeping this fact in mind, the image below shows which square you have to select when the dot is at the given position.
