What can I do now the waterwheel is working again?
1 of 6: Something in the same room you found the key.
2 of 6: Head back to the stone building near the pond.
3 of 6: See that handle on the wall?
4 of 6: Turn it.
5 of 6: Now that you've fixed the waterwheel, the cellar will be drained, and you will be able to see a trapdoor on the side of the room which takes you down there.
6 of 6: Head down into the cellar and get explorin'! :)
