Solution method
If you click on the tiles in the left or right corners of the puzzle, the whole outside row of tiles will slide around the picture, clockwise for the right corner, counterclockwise for the left. If you click on the tile just above the far right corner, the four tiles of the top right edge will exchange positions in a rotation. You can use this four tile rotation to bring any tile you like on the top right edge down next to the tile just below the right corner tile.
So, just keep repeating this process to stack the tiles in proper order. Move the last piece that is good to the location just under the right corner, and move its true neighbor next to it. Turn the whole outer row to save the new placement, or just to check your work as you go. At the end, you will either do the forth to last piece, and the others will drop into the correct place or not. You can make a clever plan to fix this if you like; it is like the Rubic's Cube in a way, or you can just mess up the tiles and try again. You should get it right pretty soon, by chance 1/6 of the time.
When the puzzle is correctly solved, you will be sent into a room. Look at the book, and the letters.
