Rise of the Triad: Dark War Hints
Over Patrol
Over Patrolmen have plain old pistols as their primary weapons. However, they happen to have another weapon with them, too: a gun that launches nets at you. If you are hit by the net, all the enemies will proceed to pump you full of lead while you struggle to get out. Getting out of net requires you to rapidly press the right and left arrows on the keypad. This is made easier by finding a knife. To get a knife, simply look for the statue with one (shown in the instruction book) and press the space bar by it. Note: the knife is drawn automatically when you are caught in a net. You cannot use the knife at any other time.
