Strike Team
Guys in white uniforms, they only have a pistol (gee, most of the enemies aren't well equipped, are they?). However, when you shoot one of these guys, they kind of roll out of the way of your fire. This means you'll be constantly pointing and aiming at these guys. Fire fast, aim quicker. You can also find these guys playing dead on the ground. If a corpse isn't bleeding, it's safe to shoot it first.
