1 of 3: You can find a box near the mattress in the Back Streets of New Delhi as well as on a shelf in Shareef's tool shed.
2 of 3: If you didn't get the rope (clothesline) while in New Delhi, find another one on the ground outside the wall surrounding Shareef's estate.
3 of 3: Matches can be found inside one of the bedrooms in Shareef's house in addition to the closet.
