How can I get the clothesline?
1 of 5: Walk farther down the road beyond where the beggar lies.
2 of 5: The clothesline is attached to a pole on the corner of a recessed area.
3 of 5: Use the box at the base of the pole so you can zoom in for a closer look.
4 of 5: Cut the rope off of the wheel.
5 of 5: Find the broken bottle under the bench near the wino and use it to cut the clothesline.
