How can I create a Becquerel battery?
1 of 8: You can find information on the composition of a Becquerel battery in some documentation that Captain Nemo kept in Granite House.

4 of 8: Click on the papers on the table, then read the page that describes the making of a Becquerel battery.
5 of 8: The Becquerel battery -- invented in 1829 by Antoine-Cesar Becquerel -- consisted of metal electrodes immersed in an acid, and enclosed in a container of some kind.
6 of 8: But unlike the Volta battery, the metal used is zinc.
7 of 8: According to the information you receive when you read the Captain's notes, you will also need potash, nitric acid, zinc strips, a tube to store it all in, and something to plug up the tube.
