Return to Mysterious Island Hints
What can I carry water in?
of 13: You'll need some kind of bucket -- or pot -- which you won't find here on the island.
of 13: It's time to get creative again. How can Mina make something to carry water in?
of 13: A simple piece of pottery should work just fine.
of 13: What does pottery consist of?
of 13: It's basically clay, turned on a potter's wheel, and fired in a kiln.
of 13: Have you noticed any place that would make a good work area for creating a clay pot?
of 13: Go back to the broken-down structure where you found Jep. On a worktable at the right side is a potter's wheel.
of 13: Place the clay on the potter's wheel, and click on the wheel to "turn" the clay. (Pretty remarkable, eh? An entire pottery set, out of a lump of clay!)
of 13: However, the pottery is not usable yet, since it has not been fired.
of 13: You could try to use the fire down by the beach...
of 13: ... but it's not hot enough to fire the pottery. (Interesting that it was hot enough to fire bricks!)
of 13: Looks like you'll need to use the kiln outside of the building where Jep is.
