The "Finesse" Method
1 of 8: If you really want to do things the "high-tech" way, you can try to short-circuit the laser beam.
2 of 8: You'll need something metal, and fairly sturdy.
3 of 8: You should have a broken metal pitchfork in your inventory.
4 of 8: The metal pitchfork can be found on the path, near the windmill.
5 of 8: You also should have found a steel chain during your explorations of Granite House.
6 of 8: The steel chain is on the floor of the farthest-back storage room in Granite House.
7 of 8: Combine the metal pitchfork and the chain, and apply them to one of the metal studs on the cliff face.
8 of 8: The laser will be shorted, allowing Mina to pass.
