A note on the iPhone inter-operability of this game...
Return to Mysterious Island 2: Mina's Fate has an associated Apple iPhone / iPod Touch application, available for free from the App Store. While the App doesn't further the game's storyline or anything that important, it does allow you to play some of the game's minigames on the go. Some of these minigames can provide additional items for your characters. For example, the ants minigame can provide additional food for Jep. It's an interesting idea, and a nice, if very simple, little diversion, but it doesn't really provide anything other than advertising for the game.
