1 of 10: One of the drag queens should offer you a hint.
2 of 10: Try talking to Carla.
3 of 10: Tell her she looks sleepy, and she'll explain she's tired because she mixed her medication with alcohol. Continue to press her about the medication.
4 of 10: Ask for a pill yourself, and she'll mention that her last one has fallen through the grate on the floor.
5 of 10: Perhaps you can fish it out somehow.
6 of 10: Maybe you can try sucking it up.
7 of 10: There's an item that's explicitly used for sucking, but it's hidden pretty well.
8 of 10: It's somewhere right there in the trailer.
9 of 10: See that handle sticking out from under the lower bunk bed? Pick it up. It's a handheld vacuum.
10 of 10: Use the vacuum on the grate, and you'll get Carla's last pill.
