1 of 7: Talk to him, and he'll reveal that he's been having trouble coming with ideas recently.
2 of 7: There's an item in another area that is specifically designed for stimulating brain activity.
3 of 7: Another character is wearing it.
4 of 7: Joshua (the guy down by the canyon) is wearing a "telepathic helmet".
