What is there to find here?
There's a letter from Duncan's niece Elizabeth on the counter to your right as you come up the stairs from The Service Stairs. You'll also find a dumbwaiter right next to the stairs that needs some fixing. The door at the southeast corner of the room is bolted from the other side.
