How do I fix the broken door lock?

  • 1 of 3: There are four empty slots in the circuit board here, which you can see if you look for hotspots.
  • 2 of 3: You'll find the four missing components in other safes: the transistor in the puzzle with the >> signs in this same room, the resistor from the safe in The Small Corridor, the 8-pin circuit from the safe in The Main Sitting Room, and the 4-pin circuit from the safe in The Study.
  • 3 of 3: Put them in their places -- as with computers, each one can only go in the correct slot -- and the door will open. The number that comes up is irrelevant; you won't need it again.
